Select a pin to use as your input. 26 has a DAC in case you want to try something fancy with the analog controls (have not tested that). You will also need to set up all the other info like what LED’s and how many. You can also set what preset it boots into.

You will still need a separate ESP32 to run WLED for the jackpot. Where on the SKR you can run the LEDs straight from the board and marlin. Its been a while since I have messed with it but these links should have a lot of the stuff where I was setting it all up previously.
Figure now is as good a time as any to start a rebuild thread. Got the new struts cutting on the smaller lil LR3. All the new parts are printed (Core, Braces and anything else I thought might have an effect on rigidity) in regular PLA instead of PLA pro like last time. Starting disassembly while the other machine is running.

Also getting rid of the 1 1/2” step up I did. Found out I don’t really need it. Never once have I needed to take out strips…
Well after a long (about 45 seconds) debate with my wife. The decision has been made to turn the Primo into a full time laser cutter and build a second smaller LR3. I currently have a full sheet machine and this new one will be 3’ x 5’. About to be placing my order for the parts kit. Kids are in debate on color scheme lol. Hopefully will be posting more in the coming weeks. And hope to be printing it all on the MP3DP!
Ok I’m wiring up some LEDs on the LR3. WS2815s. Pulling separate power. I need to put a signal wire from D1 to the SKR Pro 1.2. Best I can find from a google search is to use pin PE4 for this. On the firmware I’m going to enable neopixel. Where it asks what pin do I put PE4? I seem to remember somewhere that the pins can be called something different in Marlin vs the pinout. Just want to make sure I’m doing this correctly. Also while I’m asking is this the best pin to use? If not what …
You’ll have to do some digging through to find what you need but 90% of it should all be there. Any questions just ask and I’ll do my best to help you out.
