Sounds like you will be able to get in and setup at noon. I will plan to meet you there then to set up if that is ok with you.

In previous years you have been able to ship direct to the venue. Here is the info they posted last year:
Attention Sponsors! If you would like to ship anything to the festival, here are the details. You can ship anything to the event center at the below address for delivery beginning Monday June 20th. You are responsible for taking it from the festival and return shipping though, there is no on site service for return shipments.

There has been even less info this year than any previous years.
The return service is the part I am most stuck on.

Okay, I am just going to bring a Printer. I will check it as baggage.
I could possibly bring a primo as well but if you are going to have a LR3 I donāt think I need to. How big is your LR3?
Anyone have any cut or project examples of things made with a V1 CNC?

Nothing special just anything you might have made that shows some capabilities.
The printer I am bringing has large HDPE panels with some logoās pocketed in. I also have a plasma cut part and an aluminum part to bring as well.

It also makes it easy to tell people about details or answer questions with lots of props around.
Wonāt be at mrrf. Would tablet(s)/projector to play video clips of Alu/chips flying help?

I still have my crown inlay from A crown - #6 by jamiek (walnut and pine). And I was able to find it.
Maybe I can do another inlay on the other side that says MRRF 2023.
