They are 2 start leads. Super touchy and dont fit any of the accessories I printed. They are tr8 4-2

Goodness, those are some very nice ballscrews there! where are you using those?

Just remembered i had these first. Totem poles. They slide nicely though

I think they were my first purchase a few years ago when I had no idea what a ballscrew was. They are super leads so 40mm per turn

Probably going to sell them… they move up and down with just your pinky finger its crazy

Thanks Jim. Im just plugging it all in and will see if it moves

Is this the correct power supply?

How do u mount the power supply? I cant get it to fit? Or do u jist float it until the cross gantry pieces are cut?

Can i just plug the 2 psu fans into the mad convenient inputs marked “fano” and “fanl”?

Should be fine I think. LowRiders usually operate on either 24V or 12V. I think 5A should be plenty to power the board and the drivers for your steppers.

Thank u Doug

Before installing the struts, I would mount it inside the beam. I think I just attached it with some zip ties.

Can you get us a picture of the fan label or the specs?
Since you’re running a 24V PSU, we either need to make sure you’re using 24V Fans, or you’ll need a DC-DC converter for the fans. Once you answer that we can decide how best to attach the fans.

I made sure they are 24v fans

Honestly, the thing that stopped mw yesterday was, of all things, the damn Y axis belt loop system. I couldnt get the damn belt into the rear belt block. I even used water lube and still couldn’t get it!

Just plugged it in. The system made 8 fast beeping noises and the tft screen powered up…then just reset and did that over and over. I unplugged it
