Depends. With a 3mm endmill I think those values are good, with a 6mm endmill I already did 2000mm/min 6mm DOC on the LR3, but with a bigger finishing pass to deal with the inaccuracies.
With the LR4 I cut plywood at 3500mm/min but had to tune it down because my X lost steps, went with a “conservative” 2400mm/min at 6mm DOC. That also was with the RC1, the RC2/3 are a bit more stable yet again.
My inlays were pretty good, you can see it in my Star Wars coasters which turned out pretty good. I ran the carve at 2000mm/min in X/Y/Z (had one Z drop, I didn’t figure out what it was, it was similar to my losing X steps in the cuts for the box). The one that was messed up was human error.
