MP3DP V4 Build

Its running a mesh now. The mesh is going differently than it did on the other firmware. much much slower. I’m thinking about putting the 515 on it and see if that changes anything. I’m going to warn you I’m not proud of the wiring at all but I will snap a few pics and edit and add here

All the plastic deals were removed from the board. I know its not mounted…one of the first things i hope to print is the new case design and in my haste to see if it would work I didn’t take the time. But none of the wires are loose. Everything turns the correct direction. Only thing that could be off I suppose is a Z stepper in the wrong position but I will triple check that right now.

Yep… They are correct

Your mesh is good, the numbers are not that far off. Your 3 point should work easily.

Go back to 515, it has to work.

I agree. Going to get a fresh download and just do the minor changes i need and flash it. Will report back in a few

Just change those three size numbers.

Will do. The only other things I was changing was the Z_PROBE_LOW_POINT from -2 to -10 and PROBING_MARGIN from 5 to 10 as you and Heffe suggested the other day. I left them at your default and only change the XYZ size.

Yeah your numbers are good I do not think you need those changes anymore. I think that was in the middle of figuring out you can’t get to your entire bed, not sure but I think those three sizes changes are all that you need.

Your mesh was sooo good, the three point should have been a smash hit.

I am 99% percent down with my new RmRRF build and I will be able to run some tests on those nightlies in a bit.

Cant wait to see it finished. G34 is running now and if all is well I will run a G29 right after and post up the numbers… Then time to load some filament and put this baby to work! Got some Zen parts today that need somewhere to go! lol

AND…
G29

why cant they just both work. Going to run it again and pay more attention and see if its the same issue. Might need to go from -2 to around -5 on the Z_PROBE_LOW_POINT but that’s just my uneducated guess

I was all set up for a victory post as you can tell. I just knew it was fixed lol

Try it. As far as I know we don’t really use that. In the physical leveling settings we have a 10 degree slope set, I would hope that overrides it. BUT…I don;t think that number can hurt anything. try it if it works I will update the firmware.

Not sure what they setteled on, https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/19918813/64295258-f9067380-cfc4-11e9-9c26-dbabe8320d83.png
