LowRider V4 Randomly Alarming out

Hey all! I previously made a post about an issue I was having with the Jackpot Controller. I followed Ryan’s advise and updated both the firmware (wiping the controller in the procress) and to WebUI 3 (which is awesome by the way!). This seemed to fix my issue for awhile until recently, its beginning to come back. Now, most times when I boot up my machine it is alarmed out and requires the controller to be restarted before it will work. Also, my machine has began to alarm out in the middle of running a program, that’s what the attached screenshots are from.

Any help is appreciated!

Do you have a vacuum hose running above it, did you ground it?

Check your microSD card to make sure it is good and fully inserted.

My vacuum hose is running above it and it is grounded. I can route the vacuum hose to the other side and see if that helps.

SD card seems to be good

What SD card is it?

I am asking because it looks like it just stopped reading the file. Oddly enough, super fancy sd cards don’t actually work well.

I would try reformatting the micoSD, and then make a folder in it and upload your files there. That used to help on the old LCD screens, maybe this is just a funky card.

It is odd that there is no specified error it just stops reading the file.

This is the SD card.

I’m surprised to see a class 10 UHS-I card work at all.

Is there a recommended Micro SD Card?

In general, 32GB or smaller, class 4 or class 6.

Thanks!

I was able to find a class 6 micro SD and it seems to have fixed my issues.
