I will need detailed instructions for this please.
For testing I would start with gcode directly on the card in the microSD port. This is a huge variable, computer goes to sleep, MM code change, who knows. SD card takes a giant troubleshooting step out of there for now, you can go back later if you really want to.

There is a possibility I have discovered the source of my frustrations. Not positive but it is promising.
The cord on the plug side of the power supply seems to be a little lose. I plastic tied it and the power supply to restrict an movement between the two. This seemed to help a lot. I was finally able to complete cutting out the Strut plates.
I have ordered a new power supply from Amazon, fingers crossed this will prove to be the culprit.

Try just bending the prongs out a bit that should snug it up.
