Do you understand I have the pendant working? The pendant will control the cnc from the touch screen. The issue is the rotary dial will not move the cnc. I will need help from someone who has actually used this screen and/or have flashed the cyd screen. I appreciate you trying to help me but you are just telling me to do everything I have already tried!!

So in your pic it shows handwheel connection. The wiring does not match your pic above, you have 2 red wires, why? Did you make your own harness? Have you verified that connection?
You should make your own topic if you wish to continue troubleshooting, that is what we usually encourage here, instead of adding a ton to the original posters topic. Also going over to discord and seeking help there would do good too. We use this here but it (some do. I just frequent the discord of fluidnc so i am familiar with this project.). We are not the most familiar here, but others will assist!
Nevermind, I wish I was told this earlier. I will just figure this out myself. Thanks anyways

Working on an add-on for a V1 machine is very much on topic here, and there are those of us that do build and use these devices. So the post is welcome here and we will help.
It should be in its’ own forum topic, though as noted above.
It’s also true that seeking help in the FluidNC discord is also quite legit.
