Should 4 layer stack-up instead of 2 be used if routing high frequency signals? Not sure what would be considered high frequency requiring this, but, thought using 4 layers enables an internal ground layer for return path being physically much closer to top signal traces.
Personally appreciated info in related PCB design questions topic.
