Yes. It looks like there are a lot of “rapid moves” that happen in that GCODE that may be causing issues. It is possible it’s an issue with the latest version of Estlcam because nothing else has changed.
Under setup. CNC program settings. Coordinates. Rapids xY set and Z set to 450 and I believe check repeat under F. You can also try settings in commands the next tab changing rapid to G01

So the issue immediately reproduced itself up again as soon as I replied with that. I guess I didn’t knock hard enough on my poplar boards.
I’m going to take apart the entire middle assembly and Z-axis, clean it, put it back together and maybe even replace the Z motor. Not sure what the heck is going on.
Motors rarely fail. Does the Z move easily when you just move it by hand (when the motors are disengaged)?
