Surfaced the worktable with a 1/4" endmill, all I had lol and there’s spots where it’s not perpendicular. it digs more on one side than the other. What’s the best way to adjust?

You can use any tramming tool, bent wire, or I have a printable perpendicularity tester on printables. Use that to set and to test while you shim the tool mount with layers of tape, or anything thin. It should not require much.
