Z axis moves to much

this is what its set at know.

#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 200, 200, 800, 200 } //MPCNC

it moved 9.398000mm

Yep, lead screw. The older kits came with threaded rod, the new ones come with the T8 lead screw, so there’s two different firmwares.

Yep, that is the all thread version, Not T8 leadscrew.
