Z axis alignment issue

I am rebuilding my MPCNC to add the T8 leadscrew and I noticed that the Z axis is not square to the table along the X axis. I had previously flattened the bed so I’m pretty sure the error is in the Z axis and the error is about 2mm over 200mm. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You have to have all tubes in place to make any checks, it is a finely balanced tension system.
