X-Y Axis not running perpendicular

Hello, I have an earlier version of the Burly MPCNC. I had it up and running, cutting parts but I replaced some parts on the frame. After putting it all back together the X-Y paths are not at right angles to each other, when i try to cut a square, the end shape is not square but rather rhombus shaped. I can cut two parallel lines in the x-direction and in the y-direction but as soon as i turn the corner to cut from x to y or vice versa, the cuts are not at right angles.

My running theory is when I reinstalled the belt i may have stretched it too much compared to its previous state.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

You can do the basic re-squaring, 7-Squaring - V1 Engineering Documentation.

If you have endstops I can link the instructions for autosquaring.

THank you for the reply.
If you could link the autosquaring instructions that would be great.
I purchased this CNC second hand, i have the hardware and switches to do end stops and its something i want to dig into.

Thank you!

Never mind… I cant read

MPCNC Auto squaring is very similar to the LR, LowRider CNC V4 - V1 Engineering Documentation.
The other way is just to physically move the switches instead of the software offsets.

I highly suggest not doing any of that until you need that kind of precision though. So some basic cuts and some carves to get a feel for it, before adjusting the endstop offsets.
