Pocketed it with the 60 deg carve but, so there are fuzzies. Coloring done with marker. Short on time, but got it done.

Laser cut 0.55 foam from Lowe’s. 
I’m planning on making some foam holiday decorations so this was a nice test run.

Edit 4 of ~200 :
- PLA parts for inlay…
- Pocket, Engrave, Contour…
- Insert parts, reprint PLA ring. Take pic far enough back to hide shoddy cleanup…
- Tried color fill with Acrylic paint. Needs to dry, sand clean, then Shellac again…

Was hoping to do Norton white tile but didn’t do a material test first so settings weren’t right. Looks pretty cool anyways in my opinion!

Trying to do where you laser off the glazing and put alcohol in the porus surface. Think something might be off with my laser signal wiring though- didn’t burn through the glazing.
