Appreciate the efforts I will feed back for sure once I test it thanks
Hi Again,
I have printed and test it it’s working fine I’m measuring 2.6 on the pipes I’m using, 2 things I have to mention, one of the sides on the top bearing Mont should be flat.
and just wondering why not making the mount bolts on both side
Thanks
That cutout looks hex-shapped, you should be able to back out the bolt, then reposition and tighten the nyloc nut into the hex recess. Worst case, use a hobby knife or box cuter and slightly bevel the hex cutout.
Ugh. Seems you are correct. The original DIY Panel Saw part, for 3/4" EMT, has a flat on one side with a hex hole on the other side, while the remix I made at your request has hex hole on BOTH sides. Wrong! Let me work on that.
Note the flat!
OK, I am SO sorry for the mistake. It now has the flat on one side like it’s supposed to. Please re-download from the same listing which is now updated.
Don’t be please I appreciate your time I have some experience with sketchup I could do this Change my self just want to mention so you can fix the file for others thanks again.
It’s now fixed! ![]()
hi doug
where can i finde the dxf file for tha circular saw plate and the upper and lower tube mount
I paid to buy the plans from Jisaku-koubou.com and even though I did not use them per se, the fact that he sells plans is a key reason why I did not share such. Since the plate needs to be sized according to your saw, and your holes for mounting will need placed as needed, there can’t really be a template that works for everyone. I never posted one. Similarly, the distance between the tubes should be adjusted as needed to fit your rig.
