I also have another question.
When in RH, using the manual controls on screen.
The program in preview is in lower left corner, next to the XYZ compass.
When I move the Z on the screen Up is up on machine, X is left and right on screen and on machine, and Y is up and Down, up/back and down/ front.
Is that correct.
That is how I have it.
I unplugged board and flipped the X plug only.
It is still cutting in mirror to what is on screen.
and not in lower left start point. When I start it there it crashes into rails.
It wants to start lower right corner, and is still cutting mirrored.
Spent a few hours tonight. done.
Will try again tomorrow.
Wish I understood better, I want it to be zeroed close to me, lower left corner.
I have tried the invert buttons in RH one then the other and (X/Y), and then off. Also flip X and Y button.
Nothing seems to line up?

As far as I know there is no such thing as an invert button and if there is you should not use it.
1-The plugs are correctly oriented when pressing x+ in RH you machine moves right, y+ move away from you, Z+ move to the sky.
2-If those are correct it is all a gcode/CAM thing. Meaning my logo file should be correct.
I am getting pretty lost at this point so how are those two things?
Just want to Give a Big Thank You to All who helped me get my machine running.
A lot of long hours past month and a half made me tired and cranky.
When I would get a little time to work on machine I would get frustrated really fast. I am sorry I sounded like such a jerk on this fourm.
That is not how I am normally.
Anyway, my loving wife convinced me to take a few days away form machine, till I was rested and could get a fresh start.
That is exactly what I did.
Started fresh. I started the wiring process from step one and went through all steps, double checking as I went.
This time, Success!!!.
All is good and test cut, Vicious1 logo is perfect. The 2 lines in middle is the foam was slightly bowed.
Now just need to play with the different types of cuts, engraving and carving options.
This is going to be a lot of fun.

Iām glad your having luck with yours George. Unfortunately looks like Iāve burned my board out, no idea how . Tried a different laptop ,when flashing says canāt find port, changed usb slot (powered down) when turned back on little puff of smoke ? . Lights still come on , On board ,but none of my laptopās find it so back to frustration . And presume new boards from Amazon for Ā£50. Realy struggling again had working fast week in rh movement scale didnāt seem right but prob did something estlcam .

Did you try a new USB cable first?
Would it be cheaper to get a new board from Vicious. It will already be flashed as needed.

The picture is nice. How big is your machine, looks about same as mine.
My Minion is 40" X 40", which will give me about a 29.5" square cut area.
About 36 x 36 inch working area . Looks like yours is all up and running ,congrats . Going to order new board at weekend hope to have a bit more luck this time but will have to flash it from scratch so fingers crossed . Would order another one from usa but taxes were expensive .

Remember to shut off your Antivirus before you flash,
Someone posted on the Arduino Forum about that. It is how I was able to finally get mine to flash.
