Tmc driver not detceted

anyway thought id try plugging in the esp one more time, its been sitting on my desk for 2 days in warm house, not cold shed
fluidnc detected it, got to point of erase and reload and it comes up no bootloader
so did some googling on reset boot loader

this is what i found and tried. got new esp on way so not worried about this board dieing or frying haha

and this is what i get

just thought id share might make sense to some of you as to why its stopped working

The web installer should take care of all of that.

dosent seem to want to ,have hit boot button on esp , and left web installer open still in same state after 20min , webinstaller page freezes once bootloader notification comes up, must have some issues in there somewhere
no biggie will just have wait for new esp to turn up next week

so got the new esp
loaded fluid nc ,3.9.1 config file etc
installed board turned on power took abit to register etc
finally came up in wifi connected and now get this webui ??


and than this popped up

That’s WebUI v3 where you had v2 before. It’s showing an error because it doesn’t like the preferences.json file which is different between v2 and v3. If you want to go back to v2, load the index.html.gz file and preferences.json (unless you have a backup copy) from here:

It looks like none of the drivers initialized. Do you have the ESP32 plugged into the Jackpot? If not, that is expected.

ah ok , didn’t upload preference file to new esp
after config file was when its in my computer.
when plugged board into lowrider , still not working
same issue both z s and 1 y not reading

Is your ESP-32 in the jackpot, and is the jackpot powered on before you connect your USB cable?

You have to do that or the ESP-32 won’t see any of the drivers electrically; this will invalidate the responses.

When you fire up FluidTerm, send a control-R to it, this will reset the ESP-32. We want the log from that.

no jackpot wasnt on , haveturned on done reinstall uploaded config , preference etc
still same problem

You are missing all the macro files.

Moving error suggests it is not the board, but the errors also look out of order for some reason.

just plugged in again now it allowed to up load them
