SKR Pro 1.2 to Jackpot conversion, no stepper movement

Hello, I built a Primo a few years back and am trying to upgrade it to the Jackpot board. Everything was working fine on SKR but I wanted to move to GRBL and have better ability to use a laser.

Is the pinout for the stepper motors the same as the SKR? I am able to connect stepper motors but they do not seem to want to move.

I am using the stock config from FluidNC_Configs/MPCNC/UI V3 MPCNC/config.yaml at main · V1EngineeringInc/FluidNC_Configs · GitHub

I currently do NOT have any endstops wired up, was using optical with the SKR (and only 2 of them for XMIN/YMIN for that anyway)

I can provide pictures when I get back but if the pinout for the steppers is different I presume I’ll need to re-crimp the connections. I did pull off the female adapters as I had previously crimped the connections to the skr for the 2.54 connectors there, and everything seems to be seated. Just trying one X motor for now, just nothing happens when I click X+ or - in FluidNC, the terminal indicates the command was sent without error, and there are no other errors in the UI that I can tell

The pinout from the steppers is the same afaik.

Are they TMC2209 drivers?

All of that works just fine on an SKR.

Motor pinouts are the same.

Show us the $SS output from the terminal window or from FluidTerm.

Yes, reused drivers from the SKR

Actually, disregard. I was so used to the sound of the SKR the steppers made that I was trying to move only 1 mm at a time, and didn’t hear any movement so I (wrongly) assumed that the motors were not working. However I tried to move 10mm and visually noticed them moving, they are just SUPER quiet now.
