Finally with an SD Card on the TFT (or a USB on the TFT or a micro SD on the main board), I got this in the web page:
I have tried the web part in Touch mode and Marlin Mode.

Try googling the error shown on the top corner in red.
I am really not sure what to try I have never seen this as an issue.
