Finally getting around to using my mpcnc. I actually assembled that sucker in Florida, took it apart, and brought it to Michigan as I’m here for the next 2 months.
Anyways. How do I know how big my svg file is in estl cam?
I’m just trying to figure out the physical dimensions of what I’m about to cut.
nevermind… i found the workspace boundary option.
I set the grid size to my cutting size, or the size of what I want to cut, then scale up or down to that.
That’s a good idea. I’ve been setting my work area to my workpiece dimensions and then setting my grid accordingly to help me position the piece away from screws and hold downs.
