SD card issues

Hello. I recently tore down my Primo to upgrade to the lowrider 3. Everything is working great but I cannot get the lowrider to read files from an SD card inserted into the TFT screen when on marlin mode. It will show them on the touchscreen mode but on marlin it states “No media”.

I have an SKR pro with a TFT35-E3 on the lowrider 3. With the primo I had a mini Rambo with the full graphics smart controller. I would always use the SD slot on the screen to load my gcode files.

Troubleshooting I have done:
Reflashed both the screen and board
Swapped the two gray connections on the board and the screen
Tried a different SD card and a micro SD

Any suggestions?

I think there was a change so the marlin mode reads the microsd on the skr itself. This was to facilitate an easier wifi upgrade path.
