Please help. my Sculpfun s10 10W stopped working. Apparently it does not communicate with the PC (I already tried several cables and even another pc), neither port is activated in LaserGRBL nor in LightBurn (both worked before without problems). The red led inside the motherboard used to stay blue. Also sometimes when I plug in the USB the laser lights up by itself. It seems to be the motherboard. I also tried reinstalling the driver. Please, any suggestions? I really need your help. Thank you.
Hi there, and welcome to the forums. At the risk of sounding to off-putting, have you tried any official Sculpfun support options? I mean, I’m sure there may be folks who are willing to try to give you a hand, but that’s not a board, or a machine we’re really familiar with. You should really contact them at support@sculpfun3d.com. Barring that, I’d look for a support group via Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, or whatever social media you use.
The support you’ll find most here revolves around the DIY machines designed by V1 Engineering, and the (mostly) 3d printer control boards used to control them. That looks like a custom/proprietary board, or at least, not one we (I?) commonly see.
However, if you are able to get your laser working again, feel free to stop back by, and share your creations! We’re always glad to see and share the creative results of folks, regardless of what machines they may use! Plus, there are always tips and techniques that transcend brand.

Quit clutching your pearls, Phil, you’ll hurt yourself. It happens. Usually when encountering someone new, who I’m trying not to antagonize or be dismissive of. It’s my belief that they came here, to a forum that had more than a few threads on lasers to ask their question. I was just trying to gently manage expectations.
