The LR, the other two table cloths, tools, and misc small stuff.
UPS scans show the pickup and nothing else, no claims or other tracking options until tomorrow evening when it says it will be delivered. So I asked them on the phone if it shows delivery tomorrow, surely there are some other internal scans or something…“we can not do anything until tomorrow’s delivery windows comes and goes”.
The two backdrops are out for delivery so maybe there is a chance that they are all together and the tracking is screwed up, but the phone team has no help to offer.
I know for the USPS if the first scan is missed nothing shows externally at all until it is delivered, but if you go to the post office they can tell you every scan and the last gps position it was at when it was scanned. I am hoping something similar has happened to the UPS software.
I can build another LR4 to bring today if I have to. I just think I might have crammed something else in that box as well and I can’t put my finger on it.
If it goes south, I have enough mechanical parts to build at least two LR4s, and I have a table skirt I was already planning to bring. Maybe I should kick off the rest of the LR printed parts.
I already have an extra core, both YZ plates, a set of braces, tubing, plus an extra set of aluminum XZ plates. I also have extra Jackpot V3s and at least one printed case.
If it comes to it, we can do an LR4 build session Friday like the one AJ, Chris and I did in the UK. They’re fun.
I’ll start moving all my extra parts into organizers so I don’t forget to load them for Friday.
I also have my ugly-as-all getout fully printed LR4 beam that has a core and a Jackpot V1 on it, it’s a talkable prop if nothing else.

No problem I have few full builds worth of parts sitting here. Just refreshing the UPS tracking obsessively.
I have played with it a few times now on the v1.1 weekly. I think I can make it work in the next couple months and ditch the onshape subscription

Might be driving, if I do, would it help to bring along 2’ usable LR4, or 4’ usable LR3. Is someone already bringing a 4’ LR? To place on table or a shelf behind us?

How long has it been since it moved. In my experience with UPS, if its been 3-4 days since it move, that usually means they tore it up and are waiting for you to call and see what’s up. Then once you do they “find” it and deliver whats left of the box the next day.
I talked to them for a long time this morning. I swore I was talking to an AI agent for a while. Transferred to a different person, still sounded AI, got nowhere.
Well, The LR and one background was delivered.
One backdrop is missing, The missing package has not updated.
I swear the other box was missing this morning.
I’m much happier now. Missing a backdrop is a bummer but not nearly as critical.
Printed strut plates are printing now.
That is what I was telling them. Proof it got on the truck, no proof of arriving at the depot (which is about 10 minutes from me). I said send the driver over if he has a damaged box, or tell me exactly which depot the others went to, to let me try and claim my damaged package. “sir, we do not have any of that info, we don’t know what driver it was”. I have picture of him from the ring cam, let’s try and solve this problem without me losing this shipment…Plus they absolutely know what driver it was.
Frustrating, chances are good it still shows up, but if it doesn’t I can always make another.
Glad you got it somewhat sorted. And I agree. They 100% know exactly what driver picked it up all the way up to how fast he drove and how many times he stopped to 
that day. Always sucks when they lie like that

I can’t think of anything in particular, thanks for asking.
I’ll probably grab some candy or jelly beans or something. I’ll also grab some fruit that comes individually wrapped (like banana or tangerines). I need to pick up some fresh baking soda.
I started prepping the sand table. Miraculously, I found all the parts and it turned on right away and started drawing the pattern from 2025. I have to clean it up a bit.
Bobnik sent me some cool patterns I will try out. I can also work on some myself. I know some of you have been prepping for a long time. But it feels good that it is happening this weekend!
