So, I apparently don’t know which version I have… and I printed the wrong one in attempting to fix it, and only realized after switching the bearings and stuff over. The red part is the one I need to reprint, as it’s cracked, the grey was the wrong one… which version and file am I looking for. Thanks 
Based on some of your other pictures, it looks like you have Burly “C” for 23.5 mm conduit.
I can’t explain why the shape of the red part is slightly different. Perhaps there was a revision to reduce cracks like you experienced.
Those pieces (and most pieces) have an identifying mark to distinguish “C” from “J” from “F”. Here is the mark on a “C” version.
