Made out of 1/2" Walnut. Finished with Satin floor finish.
I left 0.30mm of tolerance between the pieces. Probably would do a tad more next time.

Where did you get the artwork for these pieces?
Is it a public source?
I used a puzzle generator. I believe this one, but there are a few that all look the same.
I imported the SVG into F360, added the offsets, and exported as a DXF.
