Have you seen the Prusawire project? For about the price of the Core One upgrade, you can build a Voron bed slinger with the leftover bits.
Trying to do the maths on that made my head hurt!

Then I could just have bought a Core One and kept the MK4S. But I like the idea, too sad to throw the 4 in the bin.
That’s what I think! You have six weeks to guide me one way or the other! 
I googled that project, they say $300-500 and it’s not a bedslinger any more later but some kind of Frankenstein’s monster. Pretty neat.
It’s also had some assistance (frames donated for development) from Jo Prusa, and yes it’s neat, but I still wonder at cutting up a perfectly great printer to make a monster from the parts! Let me know how yours turns out.

I bought the advanced filtration system and am leaving the enclosure closed for this test. It does not smell at all. My wife is happy.
Also, I got the HF0.6 MMU nozzle working with the core one as well.

Gonna print a sticker “Lord Helmchen” (Dark Helmet’s German Name, even better, because of the cutification… :P) and put it on the MMU cover. It’s just an ugly hat…

If you’re going to make it very “Lord Helmchen” - like, shouldn’t you pull the cover and paint it the highest gloss black paint you can find?
