The dot is staying red and the steppers aren’t moving, any thoughts? It XYZ homes fine.

The dot moves? All Sensors are Green?
Try a higher z height maybe you are to low already?

I also had a bad connection sensor at the beginning. You could start the calibration to see if there are plausible values from all four via the serial monitor.

yep all sensors green and the dot tracks perfectly, I tried z mid way through the travel and same thing, seems to be valid data on the serial output

Disregard, I was being a dumbass and had 2 of the sensors in the wrong connectors, seems to be working now! I shan’t delete my shame in case anyone else has the same issue!

hmmm actually it only seems to work if the usb is plugged in as well as the power supply, did you do anything with the 5V input/trace cut on the teensy?
