For me the clearance between the Y-rail and the YZ plate was too tight with 25.4mm OD tube. Also because I made my Y-rail brackets 1mm thicker. Solution above was an easy fix for anyone that is also looking for extra clearance to the Y-rail brackets.

Perhaps a 3d printer tolerance issue but these screws were sitting slightly proud for me. Was easy to fix with countersunk screws but I see theoretically it shouldn’t be needed. Also Iikely I lost the tight clearance here by making my y-brackets 1mm thicker. Expect most builders don’t see the same problem.
Ryan, I must say all other parts fitting together nicely and it rolls around very smoothly now.
