For the most part i really like orca slicer but I have one major issue I can’t seem to dial in the seam settings. to hide the issue I used random be even that causes random dimples all over the place. The last print I tried seam again and this is what I got. currently seam gap is set to 0.
Try scarf seam
5% seam gap and scarf contour test on the printer

OK that was a vast improvement, I did a bit of digging and one thing I ran into was to print the outer shell slower than the inner shell. As it turned out (probably from my time playing with TPU) my outer shell was printing twice as fast as my inner shell. I swapped the settings and another test is on the way.
