No port available tor autodetect

Howdy ya’ll!

Finally getting back to getting the CNC router going!

I ordered all the parts from V1Engineering. (except for the 3d printed parts, I did those myself)

The power cable for the power supply died so I am using my variable output power supply. It is only drawing .03A, I am not limiting the current.

The problem I am having is connecting the Repetier. https://www.v1engineering.com/assembly/software/ I am getting a connection error that I cannot figure out. The computer sees the cnc but repetier cannot connect.

Help!

Thanks!

Andrew

Check the buad rate, and manually select the com port.

As for the power I assume that is right, with no motion it should pull very little power.

Do you have the driver installed?

What should I set the Baud rate to?

Isnt there a function in windows control panel to determine the com port?

thanks!

Baud rate should be 250k

Did you install Repetier-Server? That’ll jump all over your comm port like a jealous girlfriend, and you’ll never see it until you end the process.

Morning ya’ll!

Having issues with drivers.

This one work perfectly: https://reprap.org/wiki/File:RAMBo_USBdriver.zip

However, no end stops. The Github drivers: https://github.com/Allted/Marlin/blob/CHOOSE_VERSION/README.md I cannot get windows to recognize. (RAMBo 1.4 with LCD and end stops).

What I am doing wrong?

Thanks!

Andrew
