No movement from steppers - new build

Hi All.

I’m setting up my first build I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong. I bought everything but the printed parts from v1. Ive got everything wired up to the full size rambo but none of the steppers are moving. I’ve tried in the marlin interface and with octoprint.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

Does it stay powered up when you pull the usb cable out?

Red wire connected to minus on adapter?

False alarm. I must have knocked loose the motors fuse during assembly. Not sure how I did that. I put it back in. Thanks for the quick replies. Things are moving now!!!
