Just completed my MPCNC build with Ramps 1.4 and DRV8825 drivers. I uploaded Marlin-MPCNC_Ramps_T8_16T_LCD_32step without issue and now when using Repetier Host I can connect to the Arduino but can’t get X, Y or Z-Axis to move. I have stepped down a 24V 60W power supply to 12V as shown in the images. Any ideas what I can possibly be doing wrong?

Let’s see the board side of the power connection.

Sorry for the delay in response, as a new user on the forum my account was automatically put on a temporary hold. Should I see any LED’s stay lit on the Ramps board with the 12V and USB connected?
Yea, I believe so.
It’s been a while, but I think on the mega, not the ramps.
Can you paste the log from repetier host?
20:49:29.914 : No start signal detected - forcing start
20:50:16.059 : Communication timeout - reset send buffer block
20:50:58.732 : Communication timeout - reset send buffer block
This is all I ever get, the manual controls just show that commands are waiting…
It looks like you are not connecting. Male sure you have the com port and baud rate right. If you aren’t seeing lights, it might be a bad mega.
Yeah with usb or power you should see some lights. Check to see if all the pins went into the mega, that used to be a common problem.
