Got 23.5mm pipe patiently waiting… So excited!
Looks good now. The link I used and had problems was to the mini, but now is working and from the link at the bottom of that thing took me to the think for the full sized Rambo

Almost done with the prints, only the core left to go.
Everything looks great with the minor exception of the trucks. I did not have the severe issue w/ the material sagging / warping like some others, but bridging the top of the hole for the motor mount was a bit too much. Nothing some hand sanding or light dremel can’t fix, but wanted to be aware.

Angling the parts so the fan hits them better or even a few degrees cooler on the extruder can really help that. Although, not a critical part and you will not see it once you add the steppers. That is why I did not make it the tear drop shape (retaining more strength but sacrifice looks).

Thanks for the tip. I printed w/ the long edge along the Y-axis, so exactly perpendicular to the fan shroud oriented along the x axis and, from what you’re saying, the worst case scenario for this shape.
Will keep in mind as I go to print the core. Aprreciate all the hard work you put into this design and can’t wait to finish the build.
For the core I faced the back (logo side) towards the fan. Not sure why but I know I did actually think about it before I did it.

I had the same problem on my truck prints. As Ryan said, it does not impact assembly or function. My trucks roll just fine.

So far two comments in FB were bummed. Seems like I can’t win, I thought this was a high demand model…maybe not.
Odd, I swear the primo was on thingiverse…like 99% it was. It is no longer there.
They were down for maintenance for a while today. Maybe they purged it then…

I happened to be looking at stuff I “liked” today and I swear I saw the primo on it. That was about 6 hrs ago.
Well, I am not crazy it is still there. No search results for it, nothing in my models list. Go to change my favorites and boom, Primo with some likes and the two I just uploaded. That sucks, Poor Thingiverse seems to be at the end of it’s life. Crap.

Don’t let them fool you. It IS high demand. I spend time in the fb group and I’ve seen WAY more requests for the 25mm than the emt.
