Has anyone or can I use nema 34 motors on the new jackpot 3 board, I know ill need external drivers but where will I connect to?
Note I cant get the jackpot1 board anymore because its sold out.
The Jackpot is not made for external drivers. There are other boards if you wanted to do that, I think Bart’s is called Doberman.
I have tried to use another board but I kept getting annoyed at the yaml file.
I just want to use the LR4 yaml and fine tune it for that I want jackpot3 + nema34
I got that, but no one was able to get external drivers working with the Jackpot yet. Several people have tried, but there has yet to be a solution.

The FluidNC web installer can auto-magically generate working YAML config files for Bart’s and other boards. There’s really not much to configure.

This answer isn’t relevant to the question, is it? If you are using external drivers, they mostly have their own power supply and he explicitly said he doesn’t want to use the build in drivers…
Also, if we wanted to ask AI, we’d do so ourselves.
