Is there a need for an MPCP (a mostly printed concrete printer)

Because the subject on the “Neat” thread was just getting interesting and threatening to hijack the thread entirely - I thought I’d start another. Basically I contend that the concrete printer is a solution looking for a problem. There are plenty of these in the world, but this one keeps getting legs because it’s an emotional hook.
