MP3DP Ilya’s build

Hey @Lithium366, thank you for the kind offer, greatly appreciated it.

Cheers for sharing your cooling settings, that’s a helpful reference/comparison point. Great to know what speed and acceleration settings people are achieving.

Have BIQU H2 Revo CAN Bus setup, similar setup to @probrwr. Mike got a nice 200mm/s 4000 acc Benchy. His part cooling fan duct is more direct and better than mine. I’d use the same fan duct if my lid wasn’t in the way.

  • I appreciate your calibration cube test suggestions to check flow, doing those…
  • Printing inside walls first, I figure that helps overhangs to not sag.
  • PLA filament is relatively dry, stored in air tight container with silica when not loaded on the printer, I only store PETG in modded cereal containers with rechargeable desiccant.
  • My Printer design/build has the 120VAC to 24V PSU next to the filament spool within the chamber, so that gets some residual PSU heat too. Printer’s in a conditioned space with low humidity.
  • Good idea to check voltage, seeing 24V on the EBB36’s Fan port, Fans are rated 24V.
  • 0.6mm noz, 0.3mm layer height, 3 walls, alternative extra wall, 40% infill. This is how I print most structural/V1E parts. Probably overkill for a Benchy not going into naval battle…

Fortunately, am getting better results at higher speeds having read, tweaked and tested more. I have some more calibration/flow tests to tryout…
