I’m struggling getting it set up to cut my strut plates. The conduit pipes won’t stay tight and my 0Y is pushing out. It will stay straight but everything just seems loose. And my Z is sloping even after using the touch plate.
I used 1” conduit. Do I need more temporary struts? Thought about wrapping the pipe with tape just to tighten it up while I cut the plates.
Any ideas what I am getting wrong here.

did you print out the 29.5mm version or one of the others? The printed braces never really get super tight on the rails, but they shouldnt move without trying.
I actually purchased all the printed parts from V1 so I’m not sure. But I have a better printer now so I can try to reprint them.

for 1” EMT, yes it the correct size

Did you print these parts yourself? Looking at your pictures I see notable gaps and those braces aren’t fitting the conduit properly.
Edit: do you have calipers to meaure the OD of your conduit?
In US sizing, 3/4" Conduit should be about .922 inches / 23.4mm.
In US sizing, 1" conduit should be about 1.163 inches / 29.4mm.
Did you fasten the screws on the braces?
What happens when you run it the full length of the Y axis? Does it work fine? It is also possible you are pushing it too hard when cutting. Your feeds need to be slower, and DOC needs to be shallower for this since it isn’t as rigid yet. Are you using OSB to cut this? That could be the issue too. OSB is not recommended because of the stands can cause issues. You should be using hardboard.
No, but the screws that hold the strut plates should be snug and in every brace.
OSB is just the sacrificial bed layer. But I was trying to test how level it was before cutting the hard board strut braces. The Y axis is good it is only when the X is trying to Home that the outer brace is leaning and it won’t hit the stops. When trying to adjust last night is when the main supports came apart. I have it reassembled now but I am going to print 2 more supports and see if I can get it to hold up while I zero it and cut the strut plates.
They are as tight as I can get them without the nut spinning inside the brace. I am going to print some new braces and try to see if maybe it is stripped and try again.
Doesn’t have to be that tight. Just tighten them lightly. But something seems to be off for sure. 
So, this happens on X homing? I would disconnect the X belt. Then move the carriage by hand back and forth to make sure there isn’t any binding. It sounds like the carriage is hitting something and pulling it out. Are your wires long enough?
This happened when I was homing the x and the Zero side support was leaning so I pushed the support at the bottom and pulled and the top and the EMT pipes let loose.
