They don’t really need to be CNC cut - you could 3D print a template for drilling the holes and the only feature that interacts with another part is the tab the z end top hits. You could make them with basic metalworking tools. That said trochoidal milling makes it really very easy.

It’s not as bad as it seems. Following the advice in here, I think you should be able to cut some plates for the LR4
