Leadscrew Lead 4

Ordered my T8 screw and got 4mm lead of instead of 8mm lead - I am waiting for the right one to come in but can I temporary make change setting in Fluid Nc to start cutting. Any help will be appreciated

Yeah you can use them, the Z steps need to be doubled and the max Z speed needs to be halved. In the config.yaml.

steps_per_mm: 200.000 –> 400.00
max_rate_mm_per_min: 900.000
acceleration_mm_per_sec2: 80.000–> 40.000
max_travel_mm: 150.000

This is the one that needs to be cut in half. Not the Acceleration
