Jackpot, Addition of Relay for Air Purge, Lightburn

What would one have to do to modify the Jackpot (firmware and hardware) to tie in a relay for the operation of an air purge compressor.

It appears that the line level outputs could be used to operate a relay directly as long as the relay coil voltage is the proper value. Is this true ?

Not sure if the firmware must be modified ?

Not sure as to the revisions to Lightburn that would be required to set the line level output to trigger on the relay via Lightburn ?

Thanks
Tom

I am using one of the outputs to power a 24v solenoid for my air line. I just run from my compressed air supply. I don’t see why you couldn’t get a 24vdc triggered relay (assuming you power the jackpot with 24v, 12v if that is what you use). I noticed that one of the mosfets came on any time I started a job in lightburn so I connected to that one. I didn’t have to change a thing in the config file.
