Jackpot 3 fried X stepper?

I am building a small plasma cnc from plans. I have used stepper motors and Jackpot 3 from V1E. It is using two stepper motors for Y and one for X no Z for now. I think I had a week moment and unplugged the X stepper wires while board was powered. I now have no movement on X. I can plug X into Z and it will move that way.

Would somebody be able to help change the X axis to one of the Z or C steppers?

Here is a config that I swapped Z and X. If you plug your X stepper motor into the Z plug it should work as your new X axis.
