One is to use it to mark each corner (felt tip on machine, marking on painters tape in corners), and then measure the diagonals to check for square.

I reset my skr pro board to defaults. I measured that from bottom left to top right was 6mm shorter than bottom right to top left. I measured X length and I am pretty sure I am off about 3 mm (long) over 1165mm. I forgot to check Y for some reason. This seems weird because I drove it to 1220mm and it was still not crashing into the Y rail at the right.

Is there anything you guys can think of that would be skewing my circles from being round at all? Belt tightness? The X is definitely tight for sure, and so are the Ys.

Before taking all the steps @DougJoseph recommends, check that the pulleys are positively tightened to their shafts and that the grub screws haven’t worked loose. A bit of threadlocker is a good idea.

Before the strut assembly, I did go around and loctite the y grub screws but not the X. I may try doing that after the fact, but the Ys are definitely locked in.
