I purchased a Jackpot 3 from Elecrow and flashed it with version 3.99 and 4.02.
I have connected 4 stepper motors to X, Y, A, and B (MPCNC configuration by Ryan).
When I try to jog, the motors move but with shaking/vibrating movements.
Are there any settings I need to check? Isn’t Ryan’s config supposed to be plug-and-play?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Sounds like a possible wiring issue. If the phase pairs of the stepper motors get crossed or one of the 4 connections get broken you get buzzing back-and-forth micro movements rather than orderly steps.
What steppers are you using?
i dunno , had them home for playing with ramps , but there they were ok.
will get 5 new ones by monday

Yes Tom crossing the 2 middle cable fixed the isseu.
Some motors come with connectors wired AABB, and others come ABBA. Glad you got it sorted out.
