Help New Homing Issue

I’m having an issue when homing. I’m using Jackpot board. This is recently new issue. When the switches reach the stop block, it just stops. I have no control and have to reboot the board. All most always does it on X axis, and about 50% of the time on Y. I have checked the switches are engaging within 1mm of each other. Occasionally I’ll get an alarm that goes away with the reboot. I have not made any changes to firmware or any settings recently, since it started happening. I checked belt tension and I also checked the wires and plugs, everything seems to correct.

Any suggestions?

Some options to gather data for troubleshooting.

From the terminal window, type $Limits

This will start the endstop troubleshooting in FluidNC. Press the endstops and release them one at a time, and see what FluidNC reports- paste that here.

If at any point FluidNC locks up, quote the output from the FluidTerm terminal.

If it locks up and is rebooted, it might be helpful to quote the output of $SS , which may have error details.

If we aren’t able to get repeatable crash info that way, you may need to connect a USB cable to the Jackpot and run FluidTerm over USB as with that you get more crash data.
