grblHAL on a Jackpot?

Loaded it on a Jackpot V1. Haven’t put it in a machine yet.

Will do some Exploration with the Jackpot V2 in a week or two.

Now that is exciting!!!

Guess what? It runs on SKR Pro 1.2 as well.
Could have a consistent firmware on multiple controllers.

Would be very interested in a write up on how you got it to work!

I know this thread is fairly old but I want to add another data point:

I’ve successfully loaded grblHAL on an ESP32-based Arduino-like board (WEMOS D1 R32) as well.

This same Arduino-like board can also be flashed with FluidNC. I’ve got another thread started for using ESPDUINO and the CNC shield V3.0 with TMC2209 drivers.

The grblHal web builder now produces a working firmware for the Jackpot V1 board. Initially it had some problems with the UART channels, causing the motor pairs to run at different speeds in autosquare config. I submitted a bug report and thanks to Terjo Io the bugs have been fixed!
I have been using Scienci gSender and everything seems to be working as expected, but i will continue to test.
The board was easily flashed with ESPConnect according the the memory adresses in the readme file packaged with the firmware. Thus the installation is, in my opinion, only slightly more involved than flashing FluidNC through the webinstaller.

Oh…new tool?? I need to poke around a little bit.

That is great news, Anytime I am about to start testing that something more pressing pops up for me. I am very glad to know it is working out of the box now. I definitely need to take a look.
