I just got my MPCNC setup yesterday and ran the Crown gcode perfectly. I wanted to try my own design so I followed this tutorial to use Fusion 360 and generate gcode:

The model is in inches in Fusion and measures about 7 inches. However, when I load the gcode in Repetier Host is loads in really small. Any idea why the scale is getting messed up?

I don’t remember where the menu setting is but it sounds like repetier host is assuming your model came in as millimeters. That is why it looks small. Google repetier host import conversion units. Should come up.
If you're working in inches in your cam, then you will need to set repetier or the firmware to inches as well. If you notice in that tutorial, it's in millimeters, because most 3d printers use the metric system.
I have it set to inches. I created another file in Estlcam and have the same issue. I'm going to setup repetier again I might have something setup incorrectly,.not sure. The only gcode I can get to load to scale is the premade Crown from the tutorial.
Definitely user error on my part. The post processor doesn’t like inches/feet. So I ran the post process again in metric units and it works great!
Thanks everyone. Now to try out a test, probably start with some small shapes.
