Much better chip thickness, 30mm/s a 6.5mmDOC, makita dial on ~4.5. Moving real good now. I think that is pretty good, the accuracy is still there, I can see a faint step-down line only on one face, even after a full depth finishing pass. So I think that is probably good enough, and maybe I should back down a hair or speed up the router a bit.
