Iz any body have for Arduino mega 2560, ramps 1.4 firmware for old 3d printer?

What is the printer you are trying to find firmware for? Ramps 1.4 is part of the main Marlin build, so you can compile a current version of Marlin, but you will need to identify and set up things like the screen and stepper drivers. Often companies will branch Marlin and make the version for their machine available.
