I’m using Estlcam for my MPCNC, and I noticed that the preview looks perfect, but when I run the job, the actual cuts are slightly off—mostly in the curves and arcs. I double-checked my steps/mm and everything seems calibrated. Could this be a post-processor issue or something I’m missing in the CAM setup?

Hello John, if it does not cut the way that it is shown in the preview it’s a problem with the machine, be it mechanical or software. If it messes up curves it’s often the grub screws being loose.
curves and arcs sometimes can be tricky, how agressive/conservative are you running? are you inducing bit deflection or not? how many segments composes your curves?
